Raising Kingdom Kids Kingdom Kids is a dynamic ministry focused on teaching children the word of God, bringing them into encounter with the Holy Spirit, and allowing them to grow .. Through parenting, each of us raises up kingdom kids into kingdom men and women so that God's purposes are fully manifested on earth, and countless more ... It is difficult for a parent to pass on a faith that he or she does not possess. The best way for you to inspire your kids to have their own faith is for them to witness your faith—not only in your words, but in your actions. It is also difficult to pass on life skills you have not yet applied in your own situations. To parent well requires intentional personal growth in the art of living well since much of parenting revolves around a child’s innate ability to pattern the thoughts and actions of a parent. The first responsibility in parenting well is that you yourself are growing and developing as a healthy individual spiritually, physically, mentally, and socially. Through parenting, each of us raises up kingdom kids into kingdom men and women so that God’s purposes are fully manifested on earth, and countless more are ushered into a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. So then kingdom parenting is more than a social enterprise, it is at its core a spiritual and theological imperative. Kingdom parents raise up kingdom kids to fulfill what God’s plans and purposes for families are and not what the culture intends. Our culture is seeking to redefine marriage and family in such a way that it no longer reflects how our Lord designed it, so it is critical that we model godly homes and marriages to our kids so they will have the opportunity to see what kingdom families look like. Yet unfortunately today, in many ways, our Christian culture has bought into the secular culture in redefining children as burdens rather than blessings. Reducing the sizes of our families by reducing the number of children we bring into the world also reduces our capacity to be blessed. Scripture tells us that children are a gift from God. We read in the book of the Psalms, “Behold, children are a gift of the Lord, The fruit of the womb is a reward” (127:3). Children are a blessing and yet ironically they are the one blessing we often seek to limit in our lives. But if we were to view children through the lens of kingdom dominion and influence—as God views them—I think we would have a different attitude about how many children we bring into our homes, as well as the priority we placed on them once they were there. In order to raise kids equipped to fulfill their roles in God’s kingdom, we are going to have to be intentional about our parenting. After all, it is far easier to shape a child than to repair an adult. God
God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three personalities: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and are one God.

Man
Man is made in the spiritual image of God to be like Him in character. He is the supreme object of God's creation. Although man has tremendous potential for good, he is marred by an attitude of disobedience toward God called "sin." This attitude separates man from God.

Eternity
Man was created to exist forever. He will either exist eternally separated from God by sin, or in union with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is Hell. To be eternally in union with Him is eternal life. Heaven and Hell are places of eternal existence.

Jesus Christ
Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is co-equal with the Father. Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all men by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven's glory and will return again to earth to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Salvation
Salvation is a gift from God to man. Man can never make up for his sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting in Jesus Christ as God's offer of forgiveness can man be saved from sin's penalty. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ into his life by faith.

Eternal Security
Because God gives man eternal life through Jesus Christ, the believer is secure in that salvation for eternity. Salvation is maintained by the grace and power of God, not by the self-effort of the Christian. It is the grace and keeping power of God that gives this security.

The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is equal with the Father and the Son as God. He is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. He provides the Christian with power for living, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. The Christian seeks to live under His control daily.

Here at The Kingdom Life Empowerment Church, The Lord’s Supper isn’t just something we do out of tradition, rather it is a significant covenant meal we observe in remembrance of Jesus and the sacrifice he made in taking our place on the cross. When humankind was sentenced to death, Christ died for us. During the last supper, a customary Jewish Passover meal, a lamb without spot or blemish and unleavened bread (Exodus 12: 1-13), was shared between Christ and His Disciples. Additionally, the meal required four cups of wine that were a significant part of the annual tradition.
Today, we understand that unleavened bread is baked with the absence of yeast, an ingredient that represents pride and arrogance. As such, when we come to the Lords table to eat of His body, we must not come with either pride or arrogance. The four cups shared not only represent His blood, but they are the cups of Salvation, Deliverance, Redemption and Fulfillment; all of which we must drink from. (Exodus 6: 6-7)
During every Communion service, The Worship Center leads its members and guest in partaking in The Lords Supper. No longer do we pass the trays of bread and juice from person-to-person and row-to-row, rather we celebrate this service as a communal event; inviting members to come forward collectively to the communion tables.
Each table is prepared with whole sheets of Matzo (unleavened) bread of which members break a piece and partake. Breaking off a piece from the whole reminds individuals of the significance in them being a part of a larger whole. The Matzo bread is unique in its design – there are stripes and bruises on the bread to signify that Christ “was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5)
It is our belief that when you come to this table, you do so with the personal responsibility of participating with reverence, humility, and sincerity, understanding and proclaiming Christ’s great act of Love as we become One with Jesus. Partaking allows God to honor, reward and bless your coming.
After members have partaking in the body and blood of Christ, they are individually anointed and covered in a Prayer of Blessing.
While we understand that our process for sharing in The Lords Supper (Communion) may be different, we pride ourselves on being set apart as we have witnessed the Healing and Transformative Power of God at work in the lives of those who come to the table.
No matter what challenges you may find yourself facing—sin, drugs, sickness, worry, bitterness, hurt, strife, old habits and even financial difficulty—Christ died that you may be delivered through coming to the table and partaking in the Lord’s Supper. The body and blood of Jesus covers YOU and every area of your life.
